Use of our Services requires acceptance and compliance with these Terms, the isoVerse Privacy Policy, and the isoVerse Network Rules.

Prohibited Actions and Content

When using any isoVerse Services, you will not:

• Attempt to gather information from other users without their consent;
• Post any pornographic, hateful, discriminating, or otherwise inappropriate content;
• Upload any malicious content or viruses;
• Bully, harass, or intimidate any user;
• Engage in any illegal activities (users must abide by the laws of the United States of America);
• Attempt to circumvent any banishment without the consent of isoVerse;
• Post an excessive number of messages; or
• Use a language other than English.

isoVerse Network Rules must be followed at all time, and failure to comply with the rules will result in account suspension or termination. isoVerse staff the right to terminate your account at any time, delete any content you may have posted, and your IP address and any data you input to the website is recorded to assist site staff with their moderation duties. You agree to be bound by our website rules and any laws which may apply to the Services and your participation. Please thoroughly review and follow the isoVerse Network Rules in every interaction with the isoVerse Services.

Store & Purchase Terms

Payments & Billing

When making a purchase on the isoVerse Store, the payment may be (1) a subscription fee in advance on a monthly basis or some other recurring interval disclosed to you prior to your purchase; or (2) a one-time payment which instantly redeems an item to your account. Payments can be made with Stripe or PayPal payment processors. You may be subject to their terms and policies when making your payment.

Subscription Purchases

Some products can be purchased as a monthly or annual subscription. isoVerse may change the price for the Paid Subscriptions, the Pre-Paid Period (for periods not yet paid), or Codes, from time to time and will communicate any price changes to you in advance and, if applicable, how to accept those changes. Price changes will take effect at the start of the next subscription period following the date of the price change. Subject to applicable law, you accept the new price by continuing to use the Service after the price change takes effect. If you do not agree with a price change, you have the right to reject the change by unsubscribing from the Paid Subscription prior to the price change going into effect. You can cancel paid subscriptions by visiting the Store page where you purchased the item, or contacting us.

Store Products

We reserve the right to change, with or without notice, any item price that has been set forth. We also reserve the right to change the contents of a specific rank – the benefits of a certain rank can change, and you will not be entitled to benefits that were added or removed. We may, for any reason, change and remove purchased products altogether.

Liability & Disputes

You agree to indemnify the staff, owners, hosts, advertisers, officers, directors, employees, partners, and all other parties related to this server's staff. By agreeing to these terms, you agree not to present any lawsuit or other legal challenge against the server staff for any reason, whether related to your purchase or not.

Any staff, owners, hosts, advertisers, officers, directors, employees, partners, and all other parties related to this servers staff reserve the right, with the appropriate permissions, to forcibly make you leave the server, permanently or temporarily, with no chance of refund. If you obey the rules, you will not be banned, plain and simple.

All sales are final, you may not buyback, stop, credit the server by any means necessary in order to receive your funds back that of which have been paid. And in doing so we reserve the right to disallow your continued play on the isoVerse Services and not allow further funds to be added or taken away. We reserve the right to pursue any legal or collection action necessary to recover damages in the event of a forced charge-back.

Refunds

Payments to isoVerse is a payment for the virtual items contained in the purchase. When making your purchase, items are awarded and consumed to your account instantly. This transaction is final and there are no refunds. If you are banned for breaking the rules of the isoVerse, you will not be refunded this money. Bans are subject to the full discretion of the isoVerse staff team and rules can be changed at any time. Although we do our best, there is no guarantee on being able to use the Services at all, and if the Services are no longer operated the virtual items are forfeit. Refund requests due to issues concerning lag, game glitches, or any other issues are subject to the discretion of isoVerse leadership. All items are virtual and have no value.

Disclaimers, Limitations, Links, Errata, and Governing Law

The materials on our Services are provided "as is". isoVerse makes no warranties, expressed or implied, and hereby disclaims and negates all other warranties, including without limitation, implied warranties or conditions of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement of intellectual property or other violation of rights. Furthermore, isoVerse does not warrant or make any representations concerning the accuracy, likely results, or reliability of the use of the materials on the Services or otherwise relating to such materials or on any sites linked to this site.
